Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy summarizes general cancellation and refund practices for services purchased from Athalyx Global. A signed proposal, statement of work, order form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement may contain different or additional terms and will control where it conflicts with this summary.
Cancellation requests
Send cancellation requests to contact@athalyxglobal.com and include the customer name, company, affected service, invoice or project reference, and requested cancellation date.
Project and consulting services
Deposits and advance payments may reserve project time, personnel, software, or third-party resources. After work has started or resources have been committed, those amounts may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement. If a project is cancelled before completion, charges may be calculated using work completed, time spent, milestones delivered, reserved capacity, approved expenses, and non-cancellable third-party costs.
Recurring services
Recurring support, maintenance, monitoring, hosting, or subscription services continue according to the billing term and cancellation notice stated in the applicable agreement. Unless the agreement states otherwise, cancellation is prospective and does not automatically create a refund for a service period that has already started.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed against the applicable agreement, the work performed, service period, third-party costs, and any non-waivable rights under applicable law. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Bank, processor, currency-conversion, license, domain, hosting, and other non-refundable third-party charges may be excluded where permitted.
Processing time
After a refund is approved, Athalyx Global will initiate it within a reasonable business period. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time before the credit appears.
